01.03.2016 - New reference and information desks have begun work on four subway stations through the data transmission network of JSC "MACOMNET"

New reference and information desks started today, March 1, 2016, is 4 metro stops away. This is one more step of the Moscow metro to improve the system of informing of passengers in the context of improving the quality of services provided.
Infotone for passengers now work in the ground lobby of station "Paveletskaya" the Zamoskvoretskaya line (an exit to Paveletskaya station), in the anteroom of the station "Kurskaya" the Ring line (exit to the Kurskaya station), in the ground lobby of the station "Ploschad` Revolyutsii" in the combined lobby of stations "Tverskaya" and "Pushkinskaya".
To open Infoseek "Live chat" was the selected station with the most passengers, next to the railway station and the station located in the vicinity of the cultural and historical center of Moscow.
